For more than a decade the Santa Rosa County Womens Club has been at Gulf Breeze Celebrates the Arts Festival in the GBHS art hall helping kids create artistic hats -- free hats for all the kids who come and make them. 

For parents who are look for something artistic for their kids to do at the festival we will be there on Saturday from 9 - 2. 

The  GFWC Santa Rosa Woman's Club and their "hat ladies" will be in the GBHS art building helping children design and create their own fashionable floral hats and pirate hats.

 Club members will also be distributing free books for young readers provided by Early Learning Coalition of Santa Rosa County..
