Gulf Breeze Arts, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit charity created by local artists in Gulf Breeze, FL in 1986. The goal of the club is sharing the gift of art with our community as well as art education. GBAI began running it's annual Gulf Breeze Celebrates the Arts Festival in 1994 with continuous support from the City of Gulf Breeze. Every year GBAI donates the proceeds from this volunteer-run festival to K-12 school programs throughout Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties including UWF and PSC. Our donations go directly to programs for art, band, drama and JROTC which are incredibly important to the development and growth of our youth. These funds help provide supplies, equipment and many educational opportunities not otherwise available.
The city of Gulf Breeze and Gulf Breeze Arts, Inc. are proud to announce the upcoming 26th Annual Gulf Breeze Celebrates the Arts Festival, which will be held on March 28th and 29th of 2020. We are excited for our 26th year, hosting over 115 local, regional and national fine artists of all mediums, the Local’s pop up Art Show, Children’s Alley, and an array of live artist demonstration. Don’t forget that along with fabulous artwork, we will have a raffle booth with donations from artists and local businesses, where proceeds go directly into our Education Fund. GBAI has had the privilege of being able to donate festival proceeds to our area’s K-12 schools, for their art, band, drama and JROTC programs, as well as for scholarships to UWF and PSC. In the past 24 years, GBAI has been able to donate over $100,000 to these programs.
